5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. reze88 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. Any transaction suspected of being connected with money laundering may be reported to relevant authorities and may result in immediate Account suspension and fund freeze pending investigation.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by reze88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Players must meet the full wagering requirement within the stated validity period.
6.3 reze88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a Player's Account, and to void any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if reze88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been abused or claimed in violation of these Terms.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using prohibited betting patterns, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.5 reze88 employees, agents, and affiliates are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.1 All bets placed on the reze88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Game rules are accessible within each game or product section of the Platform.
7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the reze88 system, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player, except where reze88 expressly permits cancellation under specific circumstances.
